Currently doing material research, deepening ceramic skills and developping new work during a 3 months artist-in-residency (June–August) at Cool Clay Collective (CCC), Rotterdam (NL). 
Work-in-progress
The work focusses on the body in fetal position: the longing to crawl back into a shelter and be protected by something bigger than ourselves.

Process larger work that can be embraced
Test tiles for glazing, added relief to see how the effect changes with the curves of the sculpture
Studying colours and pigments to use for the sinter egobe (glazing technique)
